The situation
The problem behind the numbers.
Elegant Fabrics had the stock, trade knowledge, and local relevance, but its Facebook presence was not consistently reaching the manufacturers, tailors, wholesalers, and uniform buyers most likely to start a useful conversation. The job was to make the page feel less like a digital catalogue and more like a helpful counter at the fabric market: specific, current, and easy to respond to.
What we did
Write for the buyer standing in the aisle
The campaign used the language real local buyers use—bulk lots, fresh stock, specific blends, uniforms, and Karachi delivery. Each post gave someone a practical reason to stop scrolling instead of relying on vague brand messages.
Let the fabric do the convincing
Simple product-led creative showed rolls, colours, finishes, and use cases. Links drove 57.7% of all views, while photo posts supplied most of the remaining reach. The content made it possible to judge relevance quickly.
Turn interest into a conversation
Message-focused promotions lowered the distance between seeing a fabric and asking about it. One campaign started 143 conversations at PKR 36.80 each; another started 211 at PKR 11.35 each. A separate page-visit campaign brought 1,888 visits at PKR 1.11 each.
Build an audience the client could keep
Paid reach did the initial work, but the page also produced 21,987 organic views and 209 net follows. That matters because the campaign did more than rent attention for a few days—it left Elegant Fabrics with a larger pool of people who had chosen to stay connected.
The outcome
What changed—and what the evidence supports.
The clearest win was not a single oversized percentage on a dashboard. It was the shape of the response: new people found the page, looked through the stock, and opened direct conversations. Across 27 days, Elegant Fabrics recorded 75,905 views, 4,635 engagements, 8,476 visits, and 351 conversations started. Almost all messaging contacts were new, and 94.3% of views came from non-followers. The campaign reached beyond the brand’s existing circle without losing the practical, trade-focused tone that made the content believable.
