Truck Dispatching
We work as your dispatch team, under your operating authority: searching boards and direct lanes, negotiating with brokers, sending the rate confirmation, tracking the truck, and chasing the paperwork that turns a delivered load into money in the account. Carriers usually come to us for one of two reasons — the owner is dispatching from the cab at 11pm, or the fleet has outgrown the person doing it between other jobs. Both are capacity problems before they are strategy problems.

Service
Business outcomes
The change this work should make.
The engagement begins with a business constraint, not a list of deliverables. These are the outcomes we use to shape the scope and decide what deserves attention first.
Fewer empty miles between loads
Rate decisions made against the lane, not the clock
Paperwork that reaches factoring the same day
The owner out of the dispatch seat
Capabilities
A connected system, not isolated tactics.
The exact scope follows the constraint. These are the working parts we can connect, improve, document, and hand back to your team.
Load sourcing and booking
Broker rate negotiation
Lane and backhaul planning
Carrier packet and broker setup
Rate confirmation, BOL and POD handling
Check calls and delivery tracking
Detention, TONU and accessorial claims
Weekly settlement reporting
Delivery workflow
From unresolved problem to an operating system.
We validate the constraint before building, keep decision owners visible, and document the logic your team will inherit.
- 01
Learn the truck before the lane
Equipment, authority age, insurance limits, home base, how far the driver will run, what they refuse to haul, and what the week has to gross to work. A dispatcher who skips this books loads the driver turns down.
- 02
Set up with brokers
Carrier packets, W-9, certificates of insurance, notice of assignment where factoring is involved. This is slow, unglamorous, and the reason a new authority sits idle for its first fortnight.
- 03
Book, confirm, and track
Search boards and known lanes, negotiate, and send the rate confirmation before the truck moves. Check calls and delivery updates go to the broker so nobody rings the driver mid-shift for an ETA.
- 04
Close the load out
Signed BOL and POD collected, lumper and accessorial receipts attached, invoice packet to factoring or billing, detention and TONU claimed where the paperwork supports it. A load is not finished when the trailer is empty.
Straight answers
Questions worth resolving before the scope.
The useful answer is usually conditional. We keep those conditions visible rather than turning them into a promise the evidence cannot support.

Finding the freight
Load Sourcing & Booking
Board searching, lane matching and booking that weighs the next load against where the truck needs to be, not just what pays most today.
ExploreWhat the lane is worth
Rate Negotiation & Lane Strategy
Negotiation grounded in lane data and cost per mile, so rates get argued from evidence rather than from whoever is more willing to hang up.
ExploreAuthority, packets and filings
Carrier Onboarding & Compliance
Getting a new authority working with brokers, and keeping an established one from losing days to a lapsed filing.
ExplorePaperwork into payment
Dispatch Back Office & Settlements
Rate confirmations, BOLs, PODs, invoicing and factoring handled so delivered freight turns into cash without a fortnight of chasing.
ExploreNights, weekends and surges
After-Hours & Overflow Dispatch
Cover for the hours your own desk is closed, so a breakdown at midnight or a Saturday reload is not the driver’s problem to solve alone.

Look at the system around this service.
A useful scope rarely stops at one channel. Compare the wider capability, inspect the evidence, and see how the work changes across markets before you choose a starting point.
Connected capability
Freight & Dispatch Operations
Dispatch for carriers and owner-operators: sourcing loads, negotiating rates, clearing broker setup and compliance, closing paperwork out to factoring, and covering the hours your own desk is shut. Plus the marketing side for freight businesses whose constraint is pipeline rather than trucks.
